My mom was diagnosed with Polyarteritis Nodosa (look it up on Wikipedia if you don't know what it is/does) when I was about eight. She was in treatment (chemotherapy) for a while, but was released before too much time. After a while she was even off most medication.
Recently however, she's had to go back on some medications. Specifically, Pretozone. It's made her irritable and moody, but she needed it.
Fast forward to now. She's had sudden flares in her symptoms, like when she was first diagnosed. Now, though, they're worse. Recent tests have showed the disease starting to affect her nerves and muscle control. In order to stop it from going further, she needs immediate treatment.
Problem is, the only real treatment option she has is risky. It could potentially help her, but it could also kill her.
The reason I'm putting this here is because I'm requesting the help of all you who read this. My mom has been really overwhelmed and vulnerable, and I want to cheer her up a little bit. Especially circulating around Valentine's, but not limited to. My problem is, big or teeny tiny, I can't come up with anything at all that I'm capable of doing for her (all I can think of is things she's always wanted to do like trips to other places and I DEFINITELY can't afford that x.x ).
So if any of you have any ideas, let me know!
^^ Thank you guys for reading this even if you can't think of anything, either.

And really, it can be anything at all. Even something you wish someone would do for you when you're not feeling the best.
